ORIAS WORKING GROUPS 
  ORIAS Working Groups are established to provide professional development support for K-14 teachers with shared interests in international studies. The goal of the Working Group is to allow teachers to "recharge their batteries" through scholarship and discussion and to assist in creating classroom materials for integrating international studies into the curriculum. The working group participants extend their content knowledge by attending seminars with University scholars; meeting with colleagues to share resources and experiences; and working independently or collaboratively on classroom materials with ORIAS staff.

There is no charge for participating teachers. In order to make the best use of our group time, there may be preliminary reading required before working group meetings. Readers and resource materials will generally be provided.

Public school teachers with a letter from their principal confirming their employment can receive a UCB library card.
